Today I've been getting these strange pauses in between clicking buttons. At first I thought the game was just hanging but I let it run for a few minutes and then it went to the next screen. Taking almost three minutes to go from the main menu to the Pantheon bit and then another five minutes, I got told I was connected to a non connected player or a player I shouldn't be connected to, then the game crashed form a C++ exception.

After restarting the game (I have to press and hold the return key till the splash screen appears) and now it wont accept my username or password.

And while I'm posting this, Impulse is damned bloody slow! It took me almost five minutes to get from starting it up to this thread and whenever I try to go to the chat section in the Community tab, type in /join #demigodgame, no room pops up.

i know Stardock and Valve are rivals in regards to Steam and Impulse respectively, I really think Stardock should try to learn a thing or two from Valve. Granted Steam has it's own foibles but in comparison, Steam is so much more easy to use, stable and easier to find things. Even finding this forum was a galling experience.
