Abdima is a greek name meaning destruction or loss. Backstory will be based off a loss of life in his family.
My motivation for creating this is the lack of a really powerful ranged assassin. UB has got the melee part down why not have a ranged damage dealer. Regulus is too percise for what i'm thinking. Very based off of technology and suffering/pain. Would inflict this suffering through a power of telepathy he has. Technology is a robot that indepently fires and his gun which is a high powered rifle.
Extemelly similar to regulus in these aspects:
1) Reliant on technology to an extent.
2) Ranged heavy damage
Differant in these aspects:
1) Favors heavy sustained damage similar to UB
2) Doesn't have a way to steal kills.
Strengths:
1) Very heavy sustained ranged damage
2) Large base damage

1) Low starting hp
2) Low burst damage capability

Appearance
Very tall demigod. Around the height of a hovering torchbearer. Area around him darkens slightly as he walks. His main weapon is a large rifle that has a scope and looks like he's added some kind of modifications to it. Has a large flowing cape that is torn at the end. Hat that covers his face in darkness. Similar to this http://images.buycostumes.com/mgen/merchandiser/1232.jpg. His mouth would be covered by a red hankerchief. And only his eyes glowing would be visible in the gap between the hat and hankerchief. Looks as if he's in a modern day suit except he's buff.
Abilities
Distort: 350 mana: range 20 yards: Inflicts the suffering Abdima has had upon his enemy causing 600 damage over 5 seconds: Cooldown 15 seconds. Upgradable to 900 damage 1200 damage and 1500 damage with an attack speed slowdown at 1200 and 1500 (Would look as a wave of distorted light moves toward target. Sustained effect would be a slight bending of light around the target afflicted)
Distortion amplification: passive: Distort gains an area damage which inflicts 800 damage over 5 seconds upon enemies sorrounding target: Distort gains an extra effect which looks similar to mist.
Paint target: 300 mana: range 50 yards: Target hit by ability takes 20% extra damage for 10 seconds: Cooldown 10 seconds: Upgradable to 30%, 40%, and 40% with the ability gaining full map range and lasts 15 seconds. (A large laser sight would hit the target and would continue for the length of the effect)
Weapon modification: Passive: Abdima's weapon gains 50/100/150 extra damage (may need to be turned down if overpowered to 35/70/105) and weapon attack speed lowered by 5%/10%/15% and range increased by 0/3/5 depending with no effect first level (no visible effect needed)
Multitasking: Passive: Abdima has a robot the appears on his sholder that shoots independantly: Does 100 damage 200 damage or 300 damage per second based on level. Not effected by armor.
Birdshot: toggle: similar to angelic fury but hits all targets within a certain arc such as a 45 degree area in front of Abdima in the direction of your target: Damage and attack speed decreased by 25%: No other effects such as a mana drain. (just a large puff of shrapenel per shot come out of his rifle): instant switch/no cooldown.
Quick Draw: 200 mana: range 20-25 yards: Abdima's only burst damage ability: Able to be toggled on and off depending on players preferances: automatic skill: as soon as another demigod comes within this range Abdima will fire off a quick shot at them dealing 300/450/600/750: Also works against demigods fleeing: This would have a ring that would appear to the Abdima player when activated and any demigod within this area would get hit every 5 seconds with this skill. Similar to snipe except not as devastating of a range: At last level would contain a 25% slowdown: No cooldown can use against as many demigods as within range.
And another passive ability that wouldn't be a skill would be that items that increase his health only work half as well on him. Such as blood of the fallen would only give 400 health making dps more important. Speed and mana and armor would work normally.
Being a slow demigod with only a 5 speed to begin with the strategy with Abdima would be to go in Quick draw the target already reducing their health trying to level the playing field healthwise and trying to get the opposing demigod as low in health as possible before they leave so Quick Draw could finish them off. Not meant to get ganged by multiple enemies.
