Patch Thoughts...

1) Favor reset is a non-issue. After 3 hrs I got all the necessary favor points back. However since favor items are not saved (which ones you buy) PLEASE for god's sake make a post when it is turned back on. So at least we can brace ourselves for persistant favor items vs having to buy a new one each game.

 

2) Some minion bugs fixed, minions no longer ignore orders and demigods no longer ignore orders when selected along with minions. Why was this not mentioned in patch notes?

 

3) Still wish summoned minions vs idols showed damage dealt. Don't claim its past a threshold since shamblers dealing +30 damage + items and stuff deal at least 50 a shot, and don't show damage vs idol minitaurs do 50ish and show it.

 

4) I hate you guys for moving and increasing price of heart of life. But it is definately the right thing to do.

 

5) I believe performance is worse after patch (frame rate and all).

1 is a critical issue imho, 5 I haven't noticed myself

My framerate did not go down, but it makes sense that it would for some.  The graphics settings were definitely changed.  I run on low settings and there were many graphics that did not show up for me, such as Circle of Fire, Mist, and the capturing flag aura.  Now suddenly these all show up with my lower settings.  It could lower performance on some systems.

There was an issue where they were not appearing (on *any* settings) for users with Geforce 6/7 series cards. That is fixed now.

With number 4 i have to agree. I hated that it had to be done. I think it should be around 8-10k it didn't deserve all of it. But can you guys at least make it stop working with shield. You make oak shield with HoL harder to get but now it's a lot better.

Dont have any perfomance problems after 1.1 patch with my quad sli gtx295 running @ 2560x1600 max quality and 16Q Antialiasing

#2 was in the patch notes. One of them, anyways, saw it somewhere.
