Noob needs help

I've done a few skirmishes now and 2 Pantheon matches - I won everything. I got a few questions though:

1) What are 'Favor items', how do you get them and how is it possible that they stay?

2) Is there an option to switch sides in the Pantheon? I love playing with reg and TB, and choosing one sucks.

3) When do you get a rank on the website from the Pantheon? It says I've won 2 games, but my rank is 0.

I probably have more questions but can't remember them now, I'll update tomorrow

1) Every time you play a game you get "favor." The amount you get is determined by what you did in the match. You use this favor to buy favor items by clicking on the glowing gold circle on the far right side of the UI during the match. Right now the favor system is bugged, but usually when you buy a favor item for the first time you no longer have to pay to use it. You can find more info here:

2) Yes there is, but only after the current Pantheon has ended. You can't change sides until then.

3) The stats are updated at 12:00 am.

Ya, Favor has been bugged for a couple days Filblit; usually, what you buy "stays" bought, and you can pick one item to play with at the beggining of each game.
