just asking if anything is better with 1.1?

cause all i see are many things gotten worse!

is there anything better now? i dont see a thing. sure, hol is way more expensive, but all i can see after the patch is the following:

- more connection issues (takes very long to get a custom game starting)

- still lobby bugs with people being in a different slot than the screen is showing

- favor items have to be bought all over again

- framerates are dropping very low some times! (but get better 1min ater..)

- my characters get stuck all the time or abort movement when i active skills or items

- alt tab is crashing the game even more now, almost always

- unhandled exceptions when starting a custom game, damn often (almost always by now)!!! followed by invalid user error, while trying to log in (some mates even cant get the game closed in this situations, neither with ctrl+alt+del, nor with alt+f4) <--- makes the game unplayable! (i add: this happens EVERY GAME now, even in singleplayer!!)

- games not counting in the statistics after playing a custom game

- ui bugs all the time (radius missing, not casting swarms)

- the statistics page and forum is annoying slow... feels like you are running all game related issues on a pentium 1 with a 1mbit connection??

- i even got a worse ping to my mate now

haven´t tried pantheon or skirmish yet...

sry if i HAVE TO say this, but this patch sucks big time! all got worse and nothing better! what kind of patch is this?!? just wondering...

Not much really. Imo, they broke more than they fixed.

+concede option (but needs to be more visible to other players, when someone votes for it)

+chat window is more visible than the old one (also needs fixing, it's too ugly and visible, lol)

+/- nerfed Hol (but too much, making it useless, because it's too damn expensive, not worthing anymore)

-broken fav items

-broken stats when the host quits

-game crashes way more often then before the patch

-not working random demigod feature

Their QA simply sucks. I'm afraid of what issues the next patch will introduce...

signed, chat window is really ugly and blocks to much of my sight.

hol is not worth the gold anymore und the concede.... well i dont know what i would gain if i do that?

furthermore, are there any changelogs?! every patch i have to crawl through the forums to get some information about what they´ve done with the latest patch :/

Open impulse client, go to my games, right click on demigod and click on History.

Another problem with patch 1.1 is, I saw game frozen 2 times yesterday (for every player in game). It looked like a lag, which stays forever. The strange thing is, you can chat, you can move your screen to see battlefield. Just nothing on the battlefield moves. And another strange thing... you cant even end game !! When you press end game button, being in that state, just nothing happens !! You need to ctrl+alt+del and kill the process. I have never seen that before 1.1 patch. Oh, and when that happened, it was always (two times) in first seconds of the game (maybe 10 seconds after the game started).
