Host in game lobby Freeze

I have been experiencing that the lobby's (rooms just before you press launch game), seem to time out now or at least get really finicky, but that's not too big of a deal, but it often freezes when someone leaves or is kicked from the game. I never had this happen pre the early august patch. anyone else care to vouch for this?

PS. sometimes alt-tab/ctrl-alt-del works, others not but definitely doesnt crash just freezes up.
