When you play and take all flags, after that going critical error, and autoexit after 10 seconds, exit without save status. Well its happened any games when u play for win, bacause when u took all flags going critical error, and sound control territory. Nice statistic after that u play so many games, and save statistic only when you lose your game, but sometime u lucky too, when u losing game play , again critical error. and your lose game not saved. SO PLEASE FIX IT! LADS

THIS ERROR EVERY TIME WHEN YOU SEE THE FORCES OF LIGHT CONTROL THE MAP OR DARKNESS ANY WAY.  really big error! fix please. because im play about 10 games and only 3 saved. that error not only my, all my online friends. and now when we play we think how win without control the map.

I believe he is saying that having control over all of the flags on a map triggers the invalid gamestate bug. He then states that his other friends who play also experience this, and that they have chosen to create plans to win without capturing all of the map flags. Lastly, he requests that this be fixed so that his playing record is recorded.

I would suggest that his opponents are triggering the invalid gamestate bug after realizing that they are losing very badly.

I just encountered this... I wish I had taken a SS, but I did see an item box on the ground, which I thought was weird.  I wonder if dropping items has anything to do with this?

Yep, had a couple of games where this happened too. Immediately after the announcer says "The Forces of X control the map" the game desyncs.

Actually I believe I think I know how this works.  I will probably get flamed like hell for posting this because I believe there are a few people here that are using this to avoid a loss (especially people near the top of the ladder ranks).  I really hate to see people start using this but a few people already are so what the hell.  If I post this maybe it'll get fixed and the rank gets a complete reset so we really know who are good.

Again this is all theory but I was able to reproduce this 2 times in a test session.

My demigod is setup for Window mode of game play FYI.

During my test session I was NOT the host.  I was the 2nd player.  Basically as the 2nd player in the team (forces of light OR darkness), just click End Game, Press Yes to confirm, then IMMEDIATELY shutdown the game.  For me I just closed the window the turn the game off.  I did this 2 times and it desynced the game 2 times. 

I tried a third time but was not successfull.  My timing might be off.  You could also try to end the task after you click end game.. just be prepared to do that.  Or u can try clicking end game then pulling the network cable.  Haven't tried that either. 

Regardless I believe the desync is definitly NOT accidental and people are using it to avoid losses. It sucks but it sucks even more when u work so hard to win a game and someone pulls this shit.  The worst kind of rage quiters since they take your win away from your stats.

Can a few people try the above and post your results for repeatability.

I ran into them last night and look at their game played vs lost!  I know for a fact the game has crashed on me atleast 30 times in the last 300 games and I prob got 15 - 20 losses resulting from the crash.  No way these jokers only lost 4 games.

The five or so different ways to do this (one of which triggers during an audio-clip. Basically, they poison the well, when an audio clip plays, it triggers the crash). This has all been reported to the developpers by several reputable, higher-level players and we should hopefully see some resolution as well as a probably stat reset. 

Also, Apika and Belier are known desynchers. They have been doing it for months, and SUPPOSEDLY they were banned. I don't know what's up now.
