I think some of its abilities are too strong. Also, please provide more information, such as cast times, recast times, mana cost and the range/size of the attacks, even if you just relate it to an existing demigod.
2: Dark Flame - Release the Cursed power within her right eye buring everything around her with a flame of darkness.
Imagine if you were fighting in a group of NPCs which often happens especially in mid/late game. At level 4 your going 100 damage a second, and 250 extra for each death, you may well end up doing 800+2500 or even more. Maybe make a level 5 of that skill and make it explode bodies for 150 extra damage, which may bring you up to 2300 if you get 10 mobs. Also you might want to reduce the speed at which it does damage, so instead of 800 over 8 seconds, which would only really be good vs NPCs change it to 4 seconds or so. I also had an idea about this attack been better as a cone at 90 degrees coming out directly infront of the DG which you could use while moving, allowing you to keep it on an enemy DG.
4: Passive: Lighting reflexes - increase your chance to land a extra attack and chance to dodge attacks.
30% bonus attack speed permanently seems overpowered. Attack speed boosts like the one for UB are only temporary and smaller. Hell even the cheapest +25% attack speed item is 8000 gold. This also adds 15% dodge, which is also seemingly too much unless you were doing a normally low damage build with low HP, which this doesn't seem to be. Maybe lower it to max out at 10% for attack speed and the dodge to like 8%.

These two would be very OP if combined at max. Imagine the 20 spins due to maxed skill with a base 300 damage at the level, giving you 420 damage with an increased AoE range. 20x 420 = 8400 in 5 seconds. Can you say OP? I'd say take out the smiting blades skill and add a new one. Even then you should rebalance the 5 spinning blades skill. Make it do a fixed damage rather then your melee or ranged damage, and so it doesn't exceed maybe 1800 damage total, though you can add another effect in there like reduced armour.
5 while under the effect of the degen when ever you get heales or try to heal you take damage instead of getting
healed.
How about we not do that, imagine popping a 3000 pot without noticing you have this on you, and what about running through a bunch of priests, it just makes it too strong. Since it hits the weak spot, how about making it reduce attack speed and movement speed for 5 seconds by 10% and make them take 10% more damage. Still adds more damage but isn't going to be insane.
7: Assianate - mark demigod as a assaination target all malee damage has a chance to crit target.
Imagine an Oak that hits for 650 or something base damage with +25% speed, now with a 30% chance to crit on target for 10 secs, thats like 3 hits which would balance out around 1250x3 3750, plus his normal damage which didn't crit. I'd say give it a different effect like reduced armour or a much smaller crit chance like 10%.
