Camera Bug??

For some reason my camera always drifts to the top of the map. It keeps going and going until it reaches the very edge of the map. Whenever I try to move the camera back it just goes right back up so I cant play! Ive tried t, space, backspace, delete. control and alt. I'm running version 1.10.164, is that the newest? PLZ HELP!
