If death diver is selected before use, the death diver gains height over 1 sec and then spirals down on a selected target (fireball speed x2). Death diver deals 150/300/450/600 dmg on impact and slows targets moveemnt speed by 5%/7%/10%/15%.

Has the same effect as tracking device. When you have minion sacrificed a death diver, the target is surrounded by darkness for 5 secs. For as long as this darkness is active, target can still be seen.
