TB - Buff suggestion

i was just playin a game right now and tbs rain of ice negative effect does nothing. Its just so useless coz of how long it lasts on its first 2 levels.

early game, everyone has very slow attack rate anyway, so the negative effect on lvl 1 only effects a target for basically 1 attack.

i think that the time needs to be the same through out all lvls of this skill but the effectiveness (%) continues to increase with each lvl.

Yeah, make the buff deal additional damage when you use deep freeze on the target, why did noone think of this before!?

Rain of Ice is already a very strong spell because it can kill everything of a reinforcement wave but the giants from a distance. But you're right that on its first level the side effect is quite meaningless.

Deep Freeze has been "buffed" in 1.19 (Sorian fixed it). It now affects the cooldowns even after Deep Freeze wears of after 7 seconds. Quite useful now.

Yeah, Deep Freeze is awesome good now. Level 4 Deep Freeze after someone uses a 7 second skill increases its cooldown to 23 seconds, basically stopping it from being used again that combat. Deep freezing something like a flag lock or teleport, and you prevent the ability for minutes!

oh i didnt no about that buff on deep freeze in the last update. thx. but i still think the secondary effect of rain of ice is useless first 2 levels.

Yeah, but I've found it to be pretty useful in terms of making him capable of doing -something- at endgame.

but hes very squishy at start, so this negative effect (slow attack speed) would be nice if it lasted a lil longer.
