Can someone confirm 100% what happens when 2 or more SAME DGs use a skill that has buff/debuff. For example, if 2 Oaks use penitence on an enemy, does their effect stack?? and for any other skill, spit, surge of faith, bite ....

I am 100% certain it depends on which debuff. Spit for instance completely stacks, and you will get full benefit of both. I have not researched all others, but QoT's shield very noteably does not stack.
Thanks for the clarification about spit. It would really help if we know how other buffs/debuffs work. Imagine if fire/ice aura stack if 2 TBs are around. Or bite, penitence..... This question has been driving me crazy for quite some time now!!!!!
I belive bit stacks. And just an FYI QOT is not compleatly useless. A QOT paired with an LE is effective due to stacking armor debuff.
