Here are 4 suggestions I have that would make the Torchbearer more competitive.
1) Enable AA while moving
2) Form switching delay reduced to 0.5 - 1s
3) Formbonus length 20s -> 30s (constant switching is supersilly)
4) I also suggest some minor boost to Cold Spells...
COMBO DAMAGES
Level 2 max damage: 200+100 = 300
Level 4 max damage: 400+175 = 575
Level 7 max damage: 600+500 = 1100
Level 10 max damage: 800+650 = 1400
Level 15 max damage: 800+1275+1350 = 3425
These damages are a joke. You have to consider, these are combo moves involving 2 or 3 skills, assuming no interuption and the enemy not running away, getting shielded and more. Also you have to put in all skills points to get this (at Level 15 this mean no Frost Aura, and Frost Nova I only) to get this, because you need 4 points in Fire Ball aswell. Level 15 is half way reasonable because of fire ball, which you'd cast first I guess or after, or both if you are very very lucky. I consider these changes minor.
- Deep Freeze I, 18->20yd range, 100->200 damage per effect consumed (the combos need alot more rewarding)
- Deep Freeze II, 18->20yd range, 175->275 damage per effect consumed
- Deep Freeze III, 250->350 damage per effect consumed
- Deep Freeze IV, 325->425 damage per effect consumed
- Fire and Ice, 100->175 damage to deep freeze
These are the same I've been suggesting for a while now.
NEW COMBO DAMAGES
Level 2 max damage: 200+200 = 400
Level 4 max damage: 400+275 = 675
Level 7 max damage: 600+700 = 1300
Level 10 max damage: 800+850 = 1650
Level 15 max damage: 800+1800+1350 = 3950
These have been called "overpowered" in my balance thread. Why is beyond me though.
