stats error

My stats have backtracked by 2 days, i played several games on October 27th, and had gotten 6 straight wins. my rec was 67 wins to 61 losses. When i checked my stats today, it said my last game was on the 25th, and my rec was 61-61.

I played very well to get my stats up, so i can join games with people of my skill level. Stardock just took 4 hours of my time and erased it. I hope you can check your logs and fix this error.

I was on a roll, a hot streak, my best win streak, and you took it away. fix it, please.
