teamwork! and btw. not all demigods suffer the same from this build.

neverless it is a strong build but like all builds couterable. don't enforce your usual playstyle, adapt to the new situation. in this case don't try to catch regulus alone, trap pthers and it works! btw. regulus is not the only one with slows.

edit: forgot to mention that this build is NOT impossible to kill. as it seems it starts to be seen quite often the last weeks. most time i won against a team with such a reg. and no, the reg was not a nub.

ereb can kite, minion ereb! of course he need to get close to trigger it, but thats all. he half ways kites and it is very effective.

of course you cannot catch up a good reg alone, no matter if he has poisoned dagger or not. only stupid regs wait for you to catch up. a good reg with fury and mines you will never catch alone as ub or oak. and even as ereb it will be hard. it is not the poison dagger. it only makes it a bit easier.

the benefit of poison dagger is when they play as a team! at the same time playing as a team yourself is the conter.

you are viewing this to much from a 1on1 perspective. let reg take anklet and then build like you suggested: you won't be able to kill him neither, nor flee from him. it is an anoying combination, poison dagger + this build, but it is not overpowered or similar like you seem to think.

you cannot kill him? ok, than kill the others or play defensive not being killed yourself. team up and set traps. end of story.

you want to kill him? buy wyrmskin (i think that were the gloves slowing) and skill slowing abilities + speed. he cannot slow you all at the same time. sure he can shot you all, but the dagger will not proc on all, and he will die in seconds when focused, slowed and only one of your partners being affected by the dagger.

use the advantages your other demigods have, like ubs dmg, erebs flexability, etc. and set traps where you can use your advantages.

edit: most times you realize the reg has poison dagger during the first minute. you cuold wait that time selecting your favor.

I played it it, but honestly its not THAT strong. For one it lacks power, and the speed debuff isn't an instant win, for your very fragile and it can fail too.

The biggest problem with this build comes with teamwork

Sure the regulus can kickass 1v1, but as soon as someone else shows up they arent slowed to the same extend so getting to the reg isnt as hard a problem

This build really isn't that good,  as stated before wand of speed totally owns that build.

My personal counter is to use wand and If I really get in trouble just TP out because reg can't stun.

Hmmm, so what is this to say about, UB, TB, Oak, and LE, they all have both...

Errrm, any minion build destroys AA reg, without mines, reg gets raped by minions hands down, doesnt haev to be LE, though he is the best ^^

So, to the OP, play any minion build, and you will destroy him, if he is getting raped by minions, he is sure as hell not chasing you to kill you!

See my replay of my oak vs peters minions, hammer rook and tb aren't the only ones that can deal with minions.

okay so this build isn't annoying if you're a minion build (well it actually is since the reg will just run back to his tower and get all your minions killed in no time, then come harass you some more)

but it is really really annoying when you're a melee build

btw a reg with Angelic Fury does a LOT of dmg, I think a lot of you seriously underestimate him, he'd kill all your minions in a few seconds, even if they're fully upgraded!

I would advise everyone claiming this build is overpowered to try it for a bit.  If you make it to the top of the ladder, cool.  More likely, you will gain a deeper understanding of why this build is in fact terrible.
