I wasn't aware that anyone cared about the current rating system. 

ya, its hard getting games as a noob .. it's a catch-22 NOBODY wants to be on their side no matter what cause they think it will f**k their rank, but you dont get anywhere without getting games under your belt as a noob .. i and a couple other noobs i've personally talked to have reverted back to just playing single player mode because of this BS, but we are getting burned out on that ...... people not playing with noobs=no new players around=leets becoming just as bored as we noobs are right now

Ya, I have 2 friends that play DoWII and Sup Com online, but won't get DG because there is no unranked.  I wish there was unranked also.

And don't forget: Why people RQ when losing, especially hosts.  I could care less playing against a stealthed premade as long as I knew they were not using me as kindling to pad their win ratio.

I usually don't like playing with noobs because the game itself won't be even or fun, not because of rating.  Although I agree, some people need to stop being retarded about trying to hold a high win% and avoiding fair games.

There's no point in holding a game where one team holds >50% wins, while the other team is full of <50 games, low percentage.  It's the basic idea behind matchmaking services--keep like minded, roughly equivalent players vs. each other, and improve from there.

Pubstomping is pointless at best, and will turn off new players to the game.  And in case anyone hasn't been looking around, DG isn't exactly in the position to turn away new players (re: RoC DOTA + community).

People dont want to balance teams because of ranting. Cant you see that those uber pros will more likely play againts each other or play with teams 2pros+2noob VS 2pros+2nobs or something like that if the game wouldnt be recorded and wont make them lose xp points/ranks.

Ps. I also had under 30% win rate when i switch from gameranger to demigod multiplayer. I didnt know anyone to play with and abot 80% of my games were againts premades or stacked teams. Starting is really hard for new players here.
