So new Demigod's aren't enabled but everyone is playing them using mods...

In the lobby most games are now modded to allow playing the new demigods.  So doesn't it just make sense to release them now?

Agree with ntropy! Besides, I think SD knew this would happen. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Well SD/GPG can still wash their hands of any balance issues up until the point that the DGs are officially available, so I'm not sure it makes sense on their end to enable them. As far as whatever actual testing benefits there were to not releasing goes though, I think those are gone now.

well after thinking a bit they are right

there are stats and ranking and new DGs could break those, we can play them, have fun and test for a bit

I think releasing officially the new Demigods now, would be a good idea imho.

Also SD can easily release a balance patch for them later, we can wait for that. But we need the new demigods official now, because the new players thats all they care about at start, for new content.

Agreed. I already play them with the mods and actually. They seem pretty balanced. They scale right up to the big 3 demigods right now (which i consider as UB, Oak, Erebus). It almost makes it so that the lower end people need slight buffs.

The next update should definitely enable the new Demigods. People aren't complaining and people are actually quite happy. There is absolutely no reason not to enable them.

Actually frog said only Demon Assassin will be released monday.
