Stuns

The last game I played, TB was able to stun me (as Sedna) while I tried to lock down a portal, and my locks were useless for 2 minutes at least. 

 

Why so long?  I've never played as TB so I don't know if he has a 2 minute long stun ability, or if that was a possible favor item I'm not familiar with, but it seems way OP.  I've had heals stunned for 30 seconds or more as well.

The debuff will be shown in the debuff list. Don't cast anything for 7 seconds, and you should be fine.

Yes this is tricky... especially with xx sec favor effects.

I once had a cooldown of 135 seconds thanks to Deep Freeze.

This is why I've never been in favor of a Deep Freeze damage buff. It's one of the most powerful abilities in the game if used correctly. That being said, Sedna is the only one with a way out, if she heals herself (rank 3 and up of course) it just removes the debuff without consequence, unlike using an Orb of Defiance or Oak's shield to remove it, both of which will cause you to suffer the cooldown inflation.

As far as I remember this couldn't be removed. Need to test.

Problem with it though is that the damage it takes off isnt that good

I once had 115 seconds on my sheild. I went back to base and came out, killed someone, went back to base and it was still counting down
