That video card does not meet the game's minimum requirements. The game needs a Radeon x1600, Geforce 6800, or better. Such cards are rare in AGP, and if that's what you're still using, I'd strongly advise looking into a new machine rather than attempting to upgrade the one you have. It's likely just not worthwhile, as the other parts will be quite dated as well.
If a different or new machine is not an option for you and you purchased via Impulse, you can contact sales@stardock.com about a refund since you were mistaken about the system requirements. Please note though that as the office is closed for the holidays it will take some time for them to get back to you.
