Invalid game state

so what for a bug is this one? 3 patches and damn thing still goes on... Its a super bug? Undestroyable?

another thing, sometimes (2x this week after patch) host is going down during game. Game goes on and ends normally. If you check later pantheon it shows only host won, all rest lost.

I didnt check older posts. Just want to hear some updated news about possibilities of solving this.
