Can we reduce the 3 minute game register limit down to like...1 minute?

I hate having to pussyfoot around for the first three minutes of a game, trying not to kill my opponent for fear that if I do, they will quit (since most are aware that a game doesn't count until after the 3 minute mark). Why there is such a dreadfully long wait is anybodies guess, when one minute would be more than enough time to decide if you are going to stay or not. My only solution is to deliberately NOT kill anybody for the first three minutes. I can't tell you how many times I've been in an early skirmish, tearing my opponent to pieces, only to stop and turn around to avoid killing them, when I easily could have done so. I've found after the 3 min mark, if you make a kill, players are more likely to stick around a little longer and try to fight it out, rather than just rage quit.

 

It would be nice to reduce this long "time limit" down to 1 minute or less.

That may be so, but if you're capable of killing your opponent in less than 3 minutes, chances are you are too strong to be playing that opponent

Bah. I get UG kills all the time on good players early on. Dying early happens.

I've died myself. People just need to grow a fuckin pair and deal with it.

Rotfl. I made exactly same post about this issue. Yup it is very annoying especially when pantheon puts you in 1v1 matches.

NO, 1 min  is barely enough to walk to the frontlines.

Also if you dont kill people because you're scared they'll leave doesnt that imply you just like bashing noobs?

What else do you need? Maybe make it 25 minutes just in case someones pc dosnt handle catapults well???

Not only noobs join 1v1 games and leave before 3 minutes mark. Play some 1v1 games or pantheon and see for yourself. This flaw was made fix another flaw - which is not showing sim speeds from last game in lobby.

right. If that is what you understood from my reaply it really makes me wonder if we play same game.

Example of 3v3 cataract custom game. I went to middle as erebus, because i had shared monks from sedna i was able to get nimoth and hp pot. i saw oak there  who penitence me and had 2 monks and and about 2400 hp.

At this point i know that he dosnt have any pot beacause he spent money on monks, i also know i can chase him into towers beacause he has penitence instad of shield and he got blood of fallen instead of cloak of night. Al that = easy kill. Guess what he dies and leaves at 1,5 minute and gets no loss for it.

Gettings kills at first 3 minutes is so easy but it makes it hard when u have to hold of till level 4-5 because everyone skill get significant buff then.

But anyway: Then don't hold back. Who the hell wants to play with a 5 year old whos balls haven't dropped yet, anyway?

Them dropping saves me listening to them bitch through the whole game.

Yeah you right. And then i see people like him ranked in top 50 only beacuse he stayed in a games that he got the first kill.

I don't like to play with bitchy little girls. If you do, more power to you. This is just a nice tool to use to find them nice and early.

How about this let just make every damn game count no matter the time limit. Lets also spread the word stats are very important and this game is on the level of life and death itself.

Ya but then you have no idea if the person on your team who just picked da will suicide into the center towers on cata during the first conflict...

I asked for disabling stats system or even unranked game mode. Nothing happened.

How about we get hack proof 100% working stats system to make this game more competive and to atract more people to play it everyday (soooo many games have it, I cant see why demigod cant have it)

And then we make unranked game mode (when game wont show in your stats) for all those people who play just for fun or dosnt know how to play well.

ITS NOT A HACK. The game is unhackable, its an exploit(they're different).

 

 

Anyway... dont play 1vs1, seehow I fixed 90% of your problems?

1min is too short. In 3min you can see if u have lag, ur team are good or not, etc. Sometime ur team mate or ennemies dont know how to concede and they take like 1-2min to do it. With 1min concede there will be a lot of win without doing something. And the % will grow up and ppl will complaint more and more about this. Ppl will leave after 1 min and u will force to concede and other members will rage quit...so mroe lose. 3 mins is fine for a concede.
