Alright. Its time to end this. Brad needs a name for the damned book, and it is our duty to deliver a name for the book. As far as the game goes, my vote goes for a custom name. What you choose for currency will be displayed as the string for currency in every situation, so you don't need to know tons of different names of currency. This would be a purely cosmetic decision. If this is not applied to the game, I will make this humble suggestion from my analysis of the world of elemental.
So here is the scenario. Massive populations of people are scattered across the earth after the cataclysm. People groups are trying to survive in barren land, while attempting to avoid persecution by the hands of the fallen who would see them enslaved. At this point in time, the currency is bartering, however it is after this time that you will create a city on lush land with metals and resources that could be used for currency(whoever said currency had to be gold coins or anything in the shape or composition of a coin?) The question is, at this point in time, WHAT is of the most value? Safety? Comfort/Company? Food? Clothes? Fire? Magic? Shards? The Sovereign? Knowledge? Technology? Books? Religion? The land itself? I ask that everyone here contribute to decide the number one important thing to the inhabitants of the world of elemental. Then we can go from there, once we have a majority consensus.
