Demigod failing to Download

I just got a new computer, and demigod will not download through impulse. I have perfect internet connection, and this issue has reoccurred over the past few weeks. Any ideas? It gets to about 3.09kb before it says "retrying". If it does get past that, it goes up about 1kb every 10 seconds, claiming a 500kb connection. It usually will stop before it hits 25b, always before 30kb.

Try using Impulse Anywhere.
