I preordered Elemental back in April (maybe March, I can't remember), because it sounds awesome. I wanted to get in the beta and was willing to wait until the next major release, and understand the way real betas work and all.
So I submitted my order and went about my business, checking the site occasionally for news about an upcoming beta.
During the last week of May, my bank had some sort of issue, cancelled everybody's cards and issued new ones (you can see where this is going).
Just now, I get an email that my order failed.
I'll gladly fix the payment method and re-place the order for the game, but I'd like some assurance that I won't be locked out of the beta for 2 more months because it took you guys two months to charge me for my purchase the first time.
