Hey, lightbulb! Maybe we could add a section to the quarterly ballots called, Changes to Operating Structure, or something similar scince issues like these seem to be continually reappearing.

Hello everyone, I checked on the voting. I was extremley bored so I whipped this up. It is a summary of how the voting is going so far. The research values have been calculated and are in order from first (lowest) to last (highest). Anyway, here:

Actually, TMS2224, the votes that you say are failing are succeeding, 0 means neutral not against, - means against.

It's all good, Noctilucus.  The polls don't close until Tallybot posts the results and sends them to Exterra Command.  I didn't get a chance to play last night, and it looks like maybe 50:50 for tonight.  I'm going to go ahead and close up the polls, though.

I've thought about how the last vote can really swing the research priorities.  The only way around it would be a closed vote (pm ballots to me, I guess.)  As it is, I trust the councilors will act responsibly.
