Personal point of view. Honestly, I don't know if those logs are doctored by iSplash. Maybe they are, maybe they are not. I don't like doggu at all, tbh. However, I don't think I've ever seen him desync while losing. A glance at his (or his smurf's) game list will show you he surely knows how to take a loss. His high win % stems from being a good player, as well as from playing mostly vs weaker players (not that he has many options, given Australian time zone). I don't think I've ever seen Kollecktir desync on purpose while losing, either.
I don't care if they both always have that option, but restrain themselves 99.9% of the time, because they don't want to be exposed as cheaters/exploiters. As long as they don't do it, true reasons and hidden motives do not matter -- I do not intend to form personal friendships here
