free voice recognition software

May I ask all of you who have tried / used any of the free 'voice recognition software (at cnet, for example).  Which ones you have found to be the best for a mid range PC running Xp?  Pros and cons?

is the only one I found (free), Elana with the other limitations you put on it. I think you should post your processor speed and RAM.

Thanks doc, I am d-ling and will try it..see if it does what i would like.... i tried google /binging it... and had so many links.. and i am afraid to go to most sites....

Adam 0718, dictation pro looks great, but it won't run on XP... (sad)   I'll save the link if i ever get a new system....
