Trading for rebellion [Steam]

 You can't sell games that you have unlocked for your account, but you can trade games that you have in your steam inventory as gifts. I have a copy of Don't Starve and Natural Selection 2 right now for example, as those devs gave out a free second copy to everyone that bought those games early. 

Steam community marketplace even allows users to trade directly for cash in their steam wallet, but what you can trade there is far more limited.
