Received 500 clicks from shared links to a single post

Fences won't resize or allow drag and drop.

Never mind. I went back to the desktop and found the Unlock, which took care of my issues. Sorry for the bother.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that some icons that were installed on the desktop from installations could not be moved into Fences. Didn't have time to troubleshoot then. Today Fences stopped allow me to drag a fence to another location or to resize it (in addition to being unable to accept icons). Updated to the latest version, rebooted, but the problem persists. I'm running Win 8.2 with Start8.

I noticed a post in this forum for a similar problem that suggests right clicking on the desktop and unlocking Fences. Couldn't find anything that would unlock following those instructions.

I may have two problems mixed up here, unmovable icons and unmovable fences, but maybe not.
