What are you trying to change it to?

Download an icon from WC. I like thins one: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=495&LibID=39

Unzip it. Right click on your scanner icon, choose properties. Go to the Icon tab, drag and drop (or browse to) the icon to the tab.

Check the box to only use the icon for this file.
Should be done

In IconPackager, click on the Icons and Cursors button on the left.
Click on the Folders catagory at the top.
Right-click the Scanner & Cameras icon.
Choose Change Icon.
Browse to the icon and you are done

Select the Scanner and camera

You can't find the existing Icon for the scanner or you can't find the one you are trying to replace it with?

Holy cow is that ugly!
