Recycle bin colors not working on GT3

Hi, I am kind of new to this and just started using windowblinds, icon packager and cursor xp. I have just set my icon set to GT3 but the Recycle bin doesnt glow blue when items are in it like it is supposed to. It just stays clear. Can somebody help? Thanks!

Hi,
First, try reloading the package. If that doesn't work then read on.

If you open Icon Packager (the program) and choose the button that says "Icons and Cursors", the first page you will see has your recycle bins on it.

Choose the rogue icon and then click "change icon". From that point you need to have a look about and pick one out that suits your needs.

Thanks for the advice. That made total sense. I tried reloading the package. No luck.

I then tried the second step and it does show the two icons (one for full and one for empty) and they are correct. I also tried installing other packages and the recycle bin doesnt register when it has something in it, on any icon package...

Help?????

since the things above didn't work....you can try to set the icons manually...
right click on the desktop(assuming you have windows) and got to properties....
go to desktop and the click the customize desktop button....there will be a slider in the middle and slide it to the right and then change the icon of the full bin....
if you have individual icons.....if not send me a message i made gt3 bin full icon and i'll send it to you.....
