Oh, the blue is too dark for me to read. Can that color be changed in the game or are they different for each empire?

Nice one, exactly what we needed.

I noticed the reference to a specific starbase - does this mean that building Cultural Starbases in the middle of Alien Empires territory, bombarding the populace with Cultural influence, now gets a reaction from the AI?

I notice starbase 27 is in your trade window! Does this mean that starbases can be traded? Or just those bases which are in others sectors / a threat to them?

I have been trading star bases on Beta 5B. It looks like any star base is tradable.
