Bug Reporting

So, as we find bugs or typos in the program, where shall we report them?

For example, from the Options screen, click the question mark next to Alliance Victory, and find "For[m] alliances with all [of] the major races..."

Another on SDC 0.99c.145... (cosmetic, not C&B)

Software tab at top, Drengin.net tab. [Registered for full Drengin]. Sort by name, highlight Stellar Frontier, right-click on Drengin.net tab and refresh. Parts of the GalCiv install appear below Stellar Frontier. Other combinations possible.

Also on the list of software, highlight any item and use the up and down arrows to move the highlighted line. The items auto-expand, but the highlight jumps around erratically. I was using this to verify all items were updated.

Has the chat control been fixed? I'm afraid to try it...

I was playing a game where I developed Gravity Accellorators (a Trade Good) and then many turns later, another empire developed Gravity Accellorators. I believe this is a bug (My understanding is that Trade Goods are only allowed to be built once in the Galaxy)
