Possible to change rez? (based on readme file)

Hi,

The readme file lists different memory requirements for different resolutions up to 1280x1024.. is there a way to change the resolution the game runs at?

No, GalCiv was made only for 1024x768

Per AlexG, it's only designed to run at 1024x768. That bit in the readme was a stock bit for all games published by Strategy First.

With Stardock Central, you can get an unsupported windowed version that will run in a 1024x768 window on your desktop. But you must be running in 16-bit color to make use of it. That unsupported version is also included in the standalone bonuspak download.
