Manual while I wait for download

Is there anyway to download the manual 1st? That way I can get familar with the game while I wait for the download to complete. (5 -6 hours from now at my speeds (:( )

My suggestion would be to check out the Encyclopedia. There's a lot of stuff in tehre including an HTML version of the user manual.

I'd like to read the manual to, but that one in the Encyclopedia is 6 months out of date.

Thre's a PDF you can downlaod too, it's one of the downloads in SDCentral.

But SDC won't let you download it until you install GalCiv.
