5C Find button stops working

I'm in June 2191 in my first game with 5C, and for the last couple of turns the "find" button doesn't work. The next ship does appear in the ship info window at the bottom of the screen, but neither the map nor the mini-map move to show me where that ship is. I can't see anything in the debug file that might be relevant, and if I save the game and reload it, it comes up with the selected ship centered on the map, so I don't think it would do any good to send in a saved game.

In case it helps, this happens after upgrading a starbase. Focus does not shift to the next ship with movement points, and hitting "find", which normally works in that situation (and did earlier in the game), produces what I described above.

After typing the above I remembered to try hitting "C" to center the map, and that worked.

Encountered the same problem since 5B 'Spacebar' does not focus on next ship - but have to select turn button to continue. Another strange effect is that sometimes after moving autopilot ships turn is done without bringing you to ships launched before but not yet focussed on dureing present turn.

It seems that the find next ship function doesn't work all the time in Beta 5. For instance, if a ship with moves left is selected and you click on another sector in the mini-map, you can not get back reliably to that ship or to find the next ship. If you select any other ship when in that mode, the find function will start working again.
