Discussion ranks?

What are the purpose of the various rankings ie. "Citizen", "Diplomat", "Avatar", etc assigned to posters here and how are they determined? what is the highest rank a non-Stardock employee can aspire to?

It merely says "access level". That does not define capabilities or whether it is something one should aspire to. :notsure:

Someone how I doubt us plebians can become Avatars.

Joking aside, I'm curious as well. Are they simply technical ranks to control what features various Stardock staff can access, or can players progress through the ranks by posting more messages/submitting more games/bribing key staff/etc.?

Not posting frequency!

Stardock occasionally promote people based on their helpfulness in reporting bugs, suggestions and helping others on the forums. It has nothing to do with frequency of posting.
