game keeps crashing

The game keeps crashing on me as it stands now. The game is pretty much unplayable for me.
I downloaded Smartexception, but i do not know if it is working correctly either. for every crash I submit the crash error, but i don't know if it is sending it( i don't get a message like other games- where it says the crash has been reported.
