Political Parties Missing?

Progressive, Industrialists, and Universalists appear to be missing from the list. I guess that you are suposed to scroll down to them, but the scroll bar doesn't work.
The Abilities scroll bar doesn't work either, but you can go to the modify abilities screen to access them.

I apologize if this has been mentioned before, I looked around but couldn't find it anywhere.

Those three were removed for play balance reasons and I've seen another post that indicates they will be added back into the game once they have been re-worked to balance with the other parties.

The abilities section only shows which abilities you've bought for your race.

The user manual makes mention of additional political parties along with different values.
We found during testing that we needed to change some of these values to provide a more
balanced play. Two political parties were removed for balance reasons.

As for the abilities section, now that you've explained it, it seems obvious. I'm suddenly feeling a little brain dead. :p

Nah, it's midnight here. What the heck else am I supposed to do? I just finished today's game of GalCiv, so my brain is a little burnt out. Hence, I sit here hitting Refresh on a few forums repeatedly.

I just realized how geeky that sounds. Dear god I need a life... ;)
