Can't download Cryo Precursor from library

I get a corrupt zip file that won't open.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Got it working.
WinRAR unzipped it, but the WinXP unzipper wouldn't.

It's not a ZIP file, it's a RAR, so it's not surprizing that regular ZIP tools won't like the file.
