Espionage Funding

Howdy.

When can I stop pumping money into espionage? For example, in my last game I had "Advanced" level of espionage with all civs. Does putting more money into espionage a) maintain the level; b) increase it more; or c) something else?

When you stop funding, the stats screen on the Civ will not refresh, hence whatever it says when you stop funding, it will always say :)

Once you hit advanced, you already are putting enough in to know everything about them i beleive

AS long as u put stuv into espionage. Don't forget to espionage on friendly races too. If u don't you might end up getting into a war by accident becauseu didn't knew each other good enough.

But does knowing all that info really make much of a difference on a friendly? I have tossed a lot of credits into espionage and it seems that I never can tell if it was worth it.
