I don't show up in my Empire!!!

CariElf I joined the Sentinels of Skowbo Empire yet I don't show up. What gives? :sniff!:

Exar you are not registered! your serial no is not showing. Did you use wincustomize to change your username or just create a new user? if so you need to log back on as Exar Kuun and then use wincustomize to change your nickname, not username!

Have you got the thing where you click join empire, and it doesn't have you listed, but you get the new "Quit Empire" button at the bottom? I had that on my first try, but what seemed to fix it was shortening my name (well, that and logging on and off a few times). Once I joined, I could stretch the name out again with no probs.

This is probly no help, But I used two diffrent e-mail addresses then reregistered the new name as the same player and nickname.

When you switch by loging one name off and another on, Soon as I do that I close all G.C. browsers and open them again.

I was assuming that since Exar hadn't replied again, that he was no longer having this problem. Maybe he just hasn't been back since he posted?

i think so (he works on a project for the succession game and has not said anything about that either, so he must be away again

I'm still not seeing Lord Exar Kuun's serial number in his profile, which usually indicates that the person isn't registered in the metaverse.  Did you make certain that you were logged in with the correct nick when you registered the new alterego?
