new class 35 event

from Stardock Forums
I'm playing my game when this event pops up. It transformed 1 planet to class 35 (not mine :sniff!: ). with the upgrades the AI did, it's now class 42.

yep that's the plaent you want to invasde or better yet buy it.

It only seems to work for one planet :-(

Can't buy it, tried. It's 1 of 2 planets in the last Arcean star system (has a pirate flag). I offered 2 class 18 planets, a developed starbase and 15 techs.

Does this event ever happen to the Himan Player? I have had it happen a few times, but only to the AI players.

Heh. The last time I tried to trade for a colony, I ended up with about 1200 bc/turn tribute for the rest of the game (1100 turns) over one system.... I don't expect that game to last 100 years to get out from under the most expensive land-lease program in the galaxy. ;p

I had it happen to me. I had a planet in the Sol system go all the way to class 54! That was sweeeeeet. LOL

Yes, I have also had this one happen to me. Along with some of the other events.
