Bug(?): Play list woes

I just posted about this in a music thread, but going back to the game after messing with play list formats, I've run into a serious issue that'll prevent me from playing.
My play list is cycling through without playing and while I thought at first it was some formatting issue, I suppose it could be the fact I happen to rip tracks to .ogg, not .mp3. Okay, clearly my fault. But the thing is... I can't *unload* the play list or return to a null state. And the client apparently does a screen refresh whenever the track changes... which means due to the rapid cycling of the list, I can't get to any menu item that requires scrolling.
Ogg Vorbis support would the ideal fix, but I'll settle for a way to wipe my play list. In the meantime, off to try loading an empty playlist.
