Renaming planets??

Hello everyone,

maybe I can not see the obvious but is there a way to change individual planets names? It seems weird if you can't. I can't stand seeing Bajor1,2,3,4,5.

When you colonize a planet, it asks you for a name.
I know nothing about renaming after that.

Yes I asked in the sugestions topic but there is a lot of traffic there! I just think it would make it more realistic if we could change the names instead of Sol 1
Sol 2, ect
