I hope that everyone had a good weekend

It was our Easter holiday weekend, so we were off for Friday and Monday. It was also my 23rd birthday on Monday, so it was nice having a day off for my birthday. :) The highlight of my day was when my sister-in-law called from Atlanta and put my 1 year old niece on the phone. My niece doesn't talk much, but she learned a new word this weekend: "Amen."

Anyway, what I'm trying to get around to saying is that I didn't look at the message boards at all this weekend or do any work. :) So I'll start going through the posts today.

Cari,

Does it scare you to know there were programmers before you were born? It scares me to know a programmer that was born many years after I started
as a programmer.

Cheers,
Jack

Happy birthday Cari,
Glad to hear you had a weekend off. Didn't eat too many Easter eggs I hope! I've been busy testing all weekend. Will start posting problems this evening.
Paul.

My Easter holliday went like this. We were having our daugter and future son in law over for Easter dinner -- first time ever that an "official" dinner was ever scheduled for this day. Turkey and all. Well, I needed to go out to the store to buy lots of stuff to put in our new freezer, something my wife knew. On the way, I stopped off at a neighbor to give him some free range eggs I had harvested from my 6 hens and explain about my guinea fowl which were heading up toward his house. He kidnapped me for an hour by not stopping talking. I spent 30-40 minutes in the store. And, since it was now 1:30 and I was starving I stopped off at Wendy's to get something to eat since I had eaten nothing that day. As I was driving into the driveway, I realized that I had probably made a mistake since it was possibly close to the official Easter dinner time. On entering the house I discovered dinner was over. My sweet wife had neglected to tell me when we were going to eat, or I didn't pay any attention when she did. Who will ever know? Can't therefore say that that weekend went perfectly.

Jack: It only scares me to think of programmers writing in FORTRAN and COBOL. :)

Paul: Nah, I didn't eat any Easter eggs. I don't really like hard boiled eggs anymore (even in egg salad sandwiches) and I didn't get around to buying any chocolate ones.

Everyone: thanks for your good wishes. :)
