Custom playlist problem

Hi,

I have created a playlist with Winamp and saved it and then copied it to PlayList folder where the game is installed. I also enabled custom playlist in games options and selected the m3u file but the music is not played. What could I be doing wrong?

Save the file directly from winamp to the playlist folder so that it will save the full path information.

Tried that but it didn't help. And I have also found out why it doesn't work. It seams that Ogg Vorbis format is not supported (or am I doing something completely wrong?). If it isn't supported I hope it will be supported in the future. it is an open and free format and they wouldn't have to pay anything to implement support for this excellent format.

Well, there would still be the time that it would take to code support for ogg vorbis. We probably won't be adding support for ogg vorbis format unless we decide to use it in a future game.

You should most definitely consider Ogg Vorbis for future games. It is open and free format and there is no fees and all that for a format that is high quality and very advanced. I see it used in a lot of new games (UT2003 for example). Just contact Xiph.org and ask them how you can cooperate. I'm sure they will be more then glad to help.
