Where in game can you see what trade goods you have and their effect?

I also traded a lot for some trade goods and they never appeared on my trade window in future trades but disappeared from the enemy trade window.

Empire wide bonuses (starting + government + techs + trade goods + wonders + resource mining)
Domestic Policy -> Stats

When you buy a trade good from another empire you dont own the good. You are paying to get use it (getting the bonus. The other country still owns it and can sell it to others. Its like when you buy a copy of windows. You can now use windows but Microsoft still owns the code. At least trade goods are a little cheaper than a copy of windows.
