Change alignment

is it possible to change alignment from evil to neutral by doing more "good" deeds when given the choice?

Most definitely. That's how you went to Evil from Neutral in the first place (through choosing Evil deeds).

but sometimes it seems like it takes forever to make it back up in morality. i hate being nice when it hurts PQ
