How to Change one Icon to another

If I want to switch one icon for another is the same set, how is that done?

Seems the Icons and Cursers tab "change icon" button doesn't work in the manner expected. I tried multiple times with one pkg to change #04 to 43.1 and it would allow the change.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but have you tried right clicking on the icon, choosing properties, then "change icon"? Doing this will allow you to browse and choose.
